Service Timing
Web Check-in can be done as of the day before flight departure.
On departure day, reach the airport according to check-in deadline. Remember service is not available on codeshare flights.
How to pick-up boarding-pass
- For flights in Italy, in the Schengen area or to/from London, you may print-out the boarding-pass directly from your computer or pick it up at the Fast check-in machines at the airport, up to 2 hours before flight departure.
- For extra-Schengen area, you may collect the boarding pass at the airport at check-in desks or in dedicated lounges
