Check-in time limit

The check-in times have been lengthened due to increasingly thorough security regulations concerning check-in and boarding. Once you have checked in you will receive your boarding pass, and you should go to the boarding gate at the time printed on the boarding pass.

Limit at airports abroad

• Flights from London Heathrow: due to enhanced security measures, we strongly advises you to arrive at the airport for check-in at least 2 hours before the flight departure.
• Flights to Accra, Casablanca, Lagos, Cairo and Tel Aviv: there is a 60 minute time limit for checking in to allow for security checks.
• Flight leaving from airports in other countries: see the table for more information on check-in.

Limit at Italian airports
Please find below the check-in time limit at the main Italian airports:

Passengers travelling with pets in hold have a time limit deadline for check-in of 90' before estimated departure time.

Limit on Air One flights

• From Milan Malpensa to all destinations: 45'
• From Milan Malpensa to Cairo: 50'
  
  We suggest to show up at check-in two hours before schedule flight departure time.

* Should the airport be closed due to fog, the check-in time is 50' before departure time. It is advisable to arrive at the airport well in advance.
